A multi-block message from node to host consists of a number of
sub messages for all the internal sub faces of the local blocks.
Each of those sub messages is of the form:
The informative part consists of information on where the data part is
coming from:
- iblock
- block number
- iface
- face number
- isubface
- subface number
- itrans
- type of transported quantity
- ilev
- time level of multi-block transport
The data part consists of the multi-block sub message array smsg.
Since the number of these sub messages is a nuisance to compute and store,
we use a sentinel. The last of these sub messages consists of only
an informative part with iblock = 0.
