The names of subroutines may be chosen freely. However, in order to be
able to use the name of the subroutine as file name, we restrict
ourselves to eight characters. The names of subroutines must be
mnemonic, although for low level subroutines this is in general not
longer possible.
The rules of names for the SEPRAN subroutines may be found in the SEPRAN
manuals. The names of all ISNaS subroutines will start with the letters
IS.
Names of commons are also free, but for SEPRAN it has been decided to
use the letter C as first character, whereas for ISNaS the letters CIS
are used as first three characters.
